I went right home and made those meatloaf cupcakes, except I made real mashed potatoes. They were excellent in every way. They are actually the only thing I’ve seen on your blog that I went right home and made.

Awww, but I love your food posts and I just added your blog to my Google Reader! Now my reader is so bare…
I think you run an excellent food blog and the problem with most food blogs is most food bloggers lack food expertise and you bring that and a fresh perspective on food. At the very least, show us more minatures.

I’m a freakin’ vegetarian and I still made your meatloaf cupcakes, I thought they were so awesome. I agree with you on every other point, except I don’t (yet) have a collection of miniatures. I do have a collection of toy anatomical models, does that count?

FYI - EEEEdiots like the fools who responded with disdain andor disgust to the meatloaf cupcakes are obvy not foodies and probs have eating disorders. I am not one of those philistines.

The meatloaf cupcakes were how I found your blog. I loved it so much that I subscribed on my rss feed right away. Don’t be disheartened. For every unimaginative person who can’t get behind meatloaf cupcakes there are just as many of us that love them.
